What is a player agent?
He is a person who connects a club and a player, he is an intermediary.
How is the agent paid?
He is paid via a commission provided for in an agent contract called a mediation contract or a contract of common interest. This contract must have certain mandatory information such as the date of entry into force, the end date, the duration of the contract which cannot expire 2 years, specifications for minors for whom no remuneration should be provided for in this contract...
The agent's commission cannot exceed 10%.
