“Equivalence” procedure for foreign agents wishing to work in France
What is the “equivalence” procedure for foreign agents wishing to work as agents in France?
Two possibilities:
- or a recognition of qualification which will serve as an establishment, this request is permanent
- or request a license to practice in the context of the provision of services, this request is periodic and must be renewed every year.
The conditions: you must have at least one year of experience over the last 10 years, be of nationality within the European Union and have a certificate of competence or a training title. This request must be submitted to the Federal Commission of Sports Agents of the French Football Federation (FFF).
