The sports lawyer representative (2nd part)
The activity ofmandatary lawyer Sportif differs from the activity of the sports agent, which is an activity of putting in contact between the various parties concerned, i.e. a brokerage activity which is by nature a commercial activity prohibited to lawyers. In principle, a lawyer will carry out a negotiation or contract conclusion activity. However, the National Bar Council authorized the sports lawyer to carry out an intermediation activity as long as it is carried out on an ancillary basis.
